Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.SENTHIL MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned Counsel for the Petitioners had filed this Petition to extend the time in the order dated 07.12.2023, made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22021 of 2023 and Crl.M.P. (MD)No.17250 of 2023.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Respondent Police.

3. Considering the submission made on either side, four weeks time is granted from today. No further extension will be granted.
