RESPONDENT/ACCUSED Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to condone the delay of 615 days in filling revision against the order passed in C.A.No.116 of 2018 passed by the Learned Additional Sessions Court/Fast Track Mahila Court, Karur. Prayer in Crl.R.C(MD)SR.No.4275 of 2021:

To call for the records in S.T.C.No.14/2017 on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Karur and set aside the Judgment of said Court dated 26.12.2017. Also this Honourable Court may be pleased to call for the records in C.A.No.116/2018 on the file of the 1st Appellate Court- The Additional Sessions Court/Fast Track Mahila Court, Karur and set aside the Judgment of said Court dated 28.02.2019, by allowing this Criminal Revision Case. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Counsel for the State Government(Crl. Side) for the petitioner and of Mr.N.R.MURUGESAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 615 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order passed in C.A.No.116 of 2018 passed by the Additional Sessions Court/Fast Track Mahila Court, Karur.

3.Mr.N.R.Murugesan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed for allowing this petition. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
