Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 323, 324, 307 & 506 (ii) of IPC, in Crime No.586 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to civil dispute, the accused have assaulted the defacto complainant.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner. 4.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is having three previous cases under Section 302 IPC. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
