O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.2 not to harass the petitioner and her family members without any legally sustainable complaint and to abide by the guidelines in D.K.Basu case in 1997 1 SCC 416.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry was conducted and the petition was closed and there is no question of harassment. He would submit that in view of closure of the petition, the presence of the petitioner is not required by the respondent police and there will not be any harassment to the petitioner.

4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
