This petition is filed to issue a direction to the Principal District Judge, (PCR Court), Pudukottai, to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of arrest or upon his surrender under Crime No.25 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the respondent, after completing the investigation in Crime No.25 of 2015, has already filed a charge sheet in SC No.116 of 2016 before the PCR Court, Pudukottai.

3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
