ORDER

The present writ petition is filed to quash the impugned order passed by the first respondent in No.3136/Aa3/2022, dated 21.07.2022 and consequently, to direct the second respondent to restore the registered documents No.2720/1989, 2721/1989, 3124/1989, 3109/1989 and 1747/2012 and also to rectify the entries made in Book II in this regard.

2.Through the impugned order, the first respondent has directed the second respondent/Sub Registrar to mark the sale deed as forged document. 3.On perusing the affidavit of the petitioner, it is seen that there are rival claims regarding the school. Therefore, considering the petitioner's claim would amount to deciding a title dispute. Accordingly, the impugned order cannot be sustained in the eyes of law and is hereby quashed. The parties are at liberty to 2/4

approach the competent civil court to establish their rights. 4.With the above observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
