This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 14.05.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that after conducting the enquiry, the complaint was closed as 'mistake of fact'.

receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
