RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P (MD).No.298/2017 vide its order dated 19/01/2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SAMUEL GUNASINGH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S S.PRABHA, Governement Advocate(criminal sie) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate(criminal side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
