ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406,420, 294(b), and 506(i) of IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that the complaint was made as if the petitioner had cheated the victims to the tune of Rs.2,50,000/- and during the enquiry she has settled the amount and based on that the respondent police is inclined to close the complaint.

3. Recording the same, this petitione is closed as no further order is required to be passed in this case.
