ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 498(A) of I.P.C., and Section 4 of Women's Harassment Act and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench.

3. A perusal of the mediation report dated 23.01.2015, shows that the dispute between the parties has been settled.

4. Considering the said fact, the respondent police shall close the petition pending against the petitioner. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
