RESPONDENT/PETITIONER Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to accept this humble Affidavit filed by the 2nd petitioner / Respondent herein and Extent the Time granted in CRL.OP(MD)NO. 2340/2014, dated 21.07.2015 and grant further 4 weeks time for filing final report before the concerned jurisdictional magistrate. PRAYER IN CRL OP(MD) No.2340 of 2014 :

Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code to transfer the investigation in Crime No.12 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent which relate to the sexual exploitation of the petitioner to some other agency who is competent to deal with the matter in accordance with law.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, for the petitioners and of M/S.L.VICTORIA GOWRI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent and the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2340 of 2014, dated 21.07.2015 and grant further four weeks time for filing final report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the petitioners would submit that originally the case was pending before All Women Police Station, Kuzhithurai in Kanyakumari https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

District, subsequently, it was transferred to All Women Police Station, Kanyakumari, Kanyakumari District and he would further submit that the present Investigating Officer seeks four weeks time to file a final report.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the respondent. 4.Considering the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), four weeks time is granted for the petitioners for filing final report and accordingly, this petition is allowed.
