Alleging that the order of this Court dated 28.04.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No. 12444 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court has been duly complied with. A copy of the proceedings dated 16.08.2025 bearing reference in Na.Ka.No.1697/2025/S is produced before this Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
