ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused in Crime No.145 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Section 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) order 1982 r/w 7(1)(a)(ii) of EC. Act, 1955, on the file of the respondent Police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.09.2015. He seeks bail.

2.According to the de facto complainant that the accused have illegally transported 2500 kgs PDS rice to Kerala. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a loadman and he was not aware of the fact that the rice was taken from a Fair Price Shop. It is further submitted that the 2nd accused was arrested and released on bail and the 4th accused has filed an application for anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the 1st accused has been detained under Act 14 of 1982 and the 2nd accused was arrested and released on bail and the petitioner, who was working as a loadman has no bad antecedent. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukdu, and on further condition that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
