No.1260 of 2020 This Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking extension of time for surrendering before the Trial Court in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.938 of 2020, dated 23.01.2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court vide order dated 23.01.2020, made in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.938 of 2020, is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.
