ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 21.11.2017 and 30.01.2021 in accordance with law within a stipulated time period.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 30.01.2021, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 18.06.2021.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
