Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/694/2022 dated 31.01.2022 and the emergency reference of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/55/2020 dated 28.01.2022 and set aside the same and consequently, further direction to the respondents to cancel the Adangal Certificate issued to whomsoever by virtue of the above impugned proceedings and not to issue Adangal Certificates to whomsoever without the petitioner's consent. *********** This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the second and third respondents, dated 31.01.2022 and 28.01.2022 respectively.

2.According to the petitioner Adhinam, they are the owner of the subject lands, but without issuing notice to them, the respondents are holding the camp pertaining to the lands owned by the petitioner under the impugned proceedings dated 31.01.2022 and 28.01.2022.

3.Heard Mr.M.Ramu, learned counsel for the petitioner and M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.On instructions, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the respondents are willing to obtain 'No Objection Certificate' from the petitioner, before issuing Adangal under the impugned proceedings, dated 31.01.2022 and 28.01.2022. The said statement is recorded.

5.Accordingly, the official respondents are permitted to issue Adangal in respect of the lands owned by the petitioner only, after getting 'No Objection Certificate' from the petitioner. 6.With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
