ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents to give police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2022.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there existed land dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent, that the third respondent has filed a civil suit in O.S.No.27 of 2016 and after full-trial, the same was dismissed on 22.03.2021 and that subsequently the petitioner has filed a civil suit in O.S.No.89 of 2021 and the same was decreed on 01.09.2021 restraining the third respondent and one Soniya from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner has earlier given a complaint dated 17.07.2022 and the same is pending and 2/4
subsequently, he has given a representation dated 15.12.2022 for police protection.
4. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations, taking note of the decree obtained by the petitioner from the competent civil Court and decide the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
