Edwin Raj ..Respondents Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to pay compensation to the petitioner Arokkiya Vincy a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent herein based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2022 within the time limit fixed by this court. ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the the respondents 1 to 4 to pay compensation to the petitioner Arokkiya Vincy a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent herein based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2022 within the time limit fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner has submitted a representation before the fourth respondent dated 30.01.2022 to remove her identity in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P (MD).No. 2504 of 2022 First Information Report which was available in the online, whereas the petitioner has also filed this petition seeking compensation from the respondents 1 to 4 herein as per the representation dated 30.01.2022.

3. Considering the above, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2022 with regard to the deletion of her identity in the online First Information Report after hearing her and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequenctly connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
