Prayer in CRL MP(MD).

11049/ 2016 in CRL OP(MD) No.19131 of 2016 : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP. No. 19131 of 2016 dated 04.10.2016 on the file of this Honble High court Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MAHARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mrs.S.Prabha, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2.

According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since there is a delay in filing petition for extension, the petitioners are willing to pay costs (to be fixed by this Court), to anyone of the orphanages/trusts. It is further represented that

since the 1st petitioner is working as pilot in Spice Jet, the petitioners herein may be allowed to continue their appearance before any one of the Police Stations at Chennai.

4. This Court has perused the petitions and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

5.Time for compliance of the conditions is extended for further period of two weeks from the date on which a copy of this order is made ready, subject to the condition that each of the petitioners pays a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as costs to the Creche Account of Women Advocates Association (Madurai Bench)"on or before 07.12.2016. The petitioners are also directed to produce the receipt before the lower court, failing which, this order shall stand automatically dismissed, without further reference to this Court.

6.Further the condition of appearance imposed on the petitioners, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before S-3, Meenampakkam Police Station, Chennai once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. In addition to the above, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
