This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw and transfer H.M.O.P.No.180 of 2022, from the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur, to the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli.

2. Despite service of notice on the respondent and his name is also printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

3. The petitioner has stated that she is now residing with her mother at Paruthipadu Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District and that the distance between Paruthipadu and Srivilliputhur, where H.M.O.P.No.180 of 2022 is pending, is about 120 Kilometers. The petitioner has also pleaded that there is no male member in her family to travel with her to Srivilliputhur, for each and every hearing. Further, she is having a two years old minor child to take care.

4. Considering the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.180 of 2022, pending on the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur, is directed to be transferred to the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli. The learned Judge, Family Court, Tirunelveli, may endeavour to dispose H.M.O.P.No.180 of 2022, on it being re-numbered, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
