The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has now become infructuous in the light of the subsequent development and therefore submits that the writ petition may be closed.
2. The learned counsel for the private respondents 7 to 10 submits that the writ petition may be closed in terms of Paragraph 4 of the affidavit filed by the respondents 8 to 10. That apart, the writ petition is closed on account of the fact that the temple festival has been completed without any untoward incidence. 2/3
