Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SEVUGARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KANDASAMY, the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 03.11.2016 onwards.

3.Considering the charge against the petitioners, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
