O. P. (MD) NO.18951 of 2016 dated 30.09.2016 on the file of the Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MAHENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) for the respondent.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and a charge sheet has already been filed before the concerned jurisdictional court and the same was not take on file.

3. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner, viz., (to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on the 1st working day of the week at 10.30 a.m. once the charge sheet is taken on file, he need not appear before the respondent police and shall appear before the concerned jurisdictional court on all hearing dates without fail. sd/- 25/11/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
