2. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondent to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal. This relief cannot be granted. This is for the reason that the document sought to be cancelled was registered in the year 2015.
3. I have been consistently holding that the complainant cannot take advantage of the subsequently issued circulars and subsequently added legal provisions.
4. In this view of the matter, the petitioner has to necessarily establish his claim only before the jurisdictional civil Court. Granting such liberty to the writ petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of.
