Side) appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No. 4 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
3. The defacto complainant is one Vijaya Baskar. His specific allegation is that the petitioner induced him and few others to part with a substantial sum of money by promising them to get them public employment.
4.The learned Government Advocate would state that there are three victims involved in this case and that the amount taken by the petitioner is more Rs.19 Lakhs.

5.It is seen that a sum of Rs.4 Lakhs was remitted to the petitioner's bank account. Since it is a case of job racketing and a substantial sum of mony is involved, I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner herein.
6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed.
