ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent to conclude the investigation and file final report in Crime No.225 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation has already been completed and they are going to file a charge sheet shortly.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent is directed to file a charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
