ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents No. 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for cultivating and harvesting his agricultural properties in Survey Nos. 161/2A, 161/2B, 158/2, 164/8, 163/5 and 155/3 situated at Allur Village Sri Rangam Taluk, Trichy District by taking into consideration his representations dated 08.10.2021 and 27.01.2022 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner and the third respondent are brothers and there exists a property dispute between them with regard to some other properties and this regard the third respondent had lodged complaint before the first respondent and the same is pending.

3. It is seen that the entire allegations are civil in nature and as such the prayer sought for cannot be considered by this Court.

4. Hence the petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Civil Court and seek his remedy.
