ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused in Crime No.240 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(A) of TNP Act, on the file of the respondent Police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.09.2015. He seeks bail. 2.The prosecution case is that on 23.09.2015, the accused was found in possession of 30 bottles of brandy containing 180 ml. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is having 6 previous cases similar in nature. It is further submitted that A2 was arrested and released on bail.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the

satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ottanchathiram, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 pm until further orders.
