Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S A.JAYARAMACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.Prabha, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly. She further submitted that in this case, investigation is almost completed and they are going to file charge sheet before the learned Magistrate concerned. 3.Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on receipt of summons.
