RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by its order dated 30.01.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 235 of 2017 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.GOKULNAATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.V.RAJARAJAN,Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 31.01.2017 onwards.

2. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
