This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the nature and circumstances of the case.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.64 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 279,294(b), 353,323,427 and 506(ii) of IPC. Since the petitioner has been brought adverse notice the respondent have initiated proceedings under Section 109 of Cr.P.C and other than that they have not harassed the petitioner.
