Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.JOTHIBASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of the respondents not appeared either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 202 days in preferring the Criminal Revision Case against the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Rajapalayam in M.C.No.02 of 2015, dated 12.04.2019.

2.No representation on behalf of the respondents. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.5,00/- (Rupees Five hundred only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
