ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to conduct a survey based on the petitioner's representation, dated 03.01.2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 4.The petitioner claims right and interest under partition deed dated 11.11.2022. Thereafter, the petitioner has sought for survey to be conducted and made an application on 29.11.2024 in that regard. Subsequently, the petitioner has sent a representation on 03.01.2025 seeking the survey to be conducted expeditiously. 2/4

5.Considering the fact that the representation was given only on 03.01.2025 and the application itself was made on 29.11.2024, it is just and proper to give reasonable time to the respondents to conduct the survey and pass final orders.

6.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct the survey of the petitioner's land and pass final orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
