O. P. (MD) NO. 17393 of 2016 on the file of the Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the above circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioners have some difficulties in appearing before the Court, they may be allowed to continue their appearance before Kamuthi Police Station.

4. In view of the above submission and also considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Kamuthi Police Station, Kamuthi, Ramanathapuram District once in a week i.e., on the 1st working day of the week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 25/11/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
