ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147,148,341,302,109 and 120(b) of IPC in Crime No.4 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused unlawfully assembled and murdered the de-facto complainant's husband viz., Arul Samy. Hence the complainant.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and prayed for anticipatory bail.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is at the preliminary stage and there is no change in facts and circumstances of the case and opposed for grant of anticipatory bail.
5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact there is no change in facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
