ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.104/2021 dated 09/08/2021 on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, after completion of investigation, the first respondent police had filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Madurai and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.2399 of 2022.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 13.02.2023 NCC:Yes/No Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No lr 2/4
