Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order in Na.Ka.T1/36/2024 dated 14.02.2024 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same and directing the 1st respondent to grant permission to the petitioner for conducting the Jallikattu event as part of the Arulmigu Anjaneyar Temple Festival, Sembanoor Village, Kalayarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District on any suitable date on the basis of the recommendation given by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A2/525/2024 dated 30.01.2024 and the proceedings of the 5th respondent dated 24.01.2024 in Na.Ka.No.A6/28/2024 recommending the inclusion of the petitioner's village in the official Gazette among the list of villages permitted to hold Jallikattu events.
