This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent no. 1 and 2 to grant sanction to file private complaint against the 4th respondent on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 27.12.2023 and the his explanation dated 11.07.2024 in accordance with law, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that they received the petitioner's application dated 27.12.2023 and his explanation dated 11.07.2024, and same is under consideration. He would further submit that they will dispose the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2024 within one month.

3. In view of the above said submissions, it is appropriate to direct the respondents to dispose the application of the petitioner dated 27.12.2023 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
