ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This is the second anticipatory bail application. The first anticipatory bail application was dismissed in view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate that there is neither a case registered nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

2. The case of the defacto complainant is that the petitioner is the sole accused and he has received RS.1,70,000/- from the defacto complainant on the assurance that he will get job in Railway canteen and the petitioner neither obtained a job nor returned the money to the defacto complainant.

3. Since it is the case of job racketing, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. this petition is dismissed.
