Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2023 sent with regard to the structural formation of school committee of Hindu Primary School, Nadhi Parai, Tirunelveli District as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2023 sent with regard to the structural formation of school committee of Hindu Primary School, Nadhi Parai, Tirunelveli District as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 26.11.2023 regarding the structural formation of school committee of Hindu Primary School, Nadhi Parai, Tirunelveli District. Since the same has not been considered till date, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of in 2/4

accordance with law by the respondents within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the above said submission, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.11.2023, which was submitted for structural formation of school committee of Hindu Primary School, Nadhi Parai, Tirunelveli District and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
