ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by third respondent, a criminal case has been registered against the Company. Now, investigation is going on. In connection with the above, the second respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3.Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that no complaint is pending against the petitioner and the respondent police is not harassing the petitioner. Only on apprehension, the present application has been filed. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
