(MD) No.4313 of 2020 in W.P.(MD) No.3493 of 2020] Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records from the 2nd respondent's proceedings dated NIL with regard to Policy No. 2111202042754900 Claim No.C211119000123-1 assessing the damage caused to the petitioner at Rs.6,720/- and to quash the same with a consequential direction to indemnify the petitioner for Rs.9,50,000/- as assessed by 4th respondent.

It is informed that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous, in the light of the order having been pronounced which is the subject matter of challenging in W.P.(MD) No.10842 of 2021 filed by the petitioner and no further orders are required in this writ petition.

2. Recording the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
