This quash petition is filed to quash the FIR in crime No.54 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police against the petitioners.

2.The learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that the second respondent died.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation in crime No.54 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent has been completed and laid charge sheet on 31.01.2016 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the Special Court, Anti Land Grabbing Cases, Tirunelveli. However, it was not taken on file and hence, the prayer sought by the petitioners has become infructuous.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
