ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner has come forward to file this Writ Petition with the averment that the TASMAC Wine Shop No.4887, situated at Thevarkulam Road, Purakaravilai, Pullani, Kanyakumari District, is within the prohibited distance and the same is to be shifted to some other place.

2.On a perusal of the counter affidavit, we do not find any violation involved. The petitioner does not specifically allege any violation with respect to the particular temple or prohibited place. 3.In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
