Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 13.05.2019. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.According to the petitioner, there was a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4. Based on the complaint given by them, the second respondent police is harassing the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed. 3.Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that there is a civil dispute between the parties in respect of common pathway. Based on the complaint given by the respondents 3 and 4, an enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
