This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's wife Marry latha has given a complaint against him before the second respondent police and the second respondent police is harassing the petitioner and had given a undertaking on force that he would pay a sum of Rs.12000/- as monthly maintenance and the petitioner is also harassed by the second respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the second respondent has not harassed the petitioner. He would submit that on the complaint given by the wife of the petitioner Marry latha enquiry was conducted in CSR No.71 of 2020 and the finding that the matter relates to husband and wife, enquiry has been closed. He would also submit that during enquiry the petitioner had undertaken to pay Rs.12000/- per month as monthly maintenance to his wife and other than that they have not harassed the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
