[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 08.11.2022, made in W.P.(MD)No.366 of 2022.

2. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and four encroachments have been removed on 16.09.2022, after following the procedure as contemplated under the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905. He has produced a copy of the proceedings of the Thasildar, Karaikudi, in x.K.M5/5492/2021, dated 23.09.2022, to that effect.
