No.13186 of 2022 :- This Criminal Original Petition filed U/s.482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the Special Court SC/ST (POA) Act Cases (PCR Court), Pudukkottai to accpet the surrender of the petitioner and consider his bail application on the same day in connection with Crime No. 146 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru./Ms. M.Suresh, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru./Ms. E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioner before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of SC/ST (POA) Act Cases (PCR Court), Pudukkottai, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13186 of 2022, dated 21.07.2022. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
