The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking orders to quash the case in C.C.No.518 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II,

When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e. 06.12.2022), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the case in C.C.No.518 of 2013, has already been disposed of by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai on 05.07.2021, and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in the petition.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 06.12.2022 das 2/4
