ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to call for the records and to quash the FIR in Crime No.121 of 2021, dated 30.03.2021 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the first petitioner has filed a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11930 of 2022, directing the second respondent therein to file final report within the time stipulated by this Court and this Court vide order dated 04.07.2022, directed the respondent Police to file final report before the jurisdictional Court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. Despite the specific directions, the respondent Police has not filed the final report so far.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the investigation has already been completed and they are going to file charge sheet shortly.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the first respondent is directed to file charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
